How Do I Store My Beef?
Immediately place your beef under freezer or refrigeration temperature. It is essential for your beef to remain frozen. Your beef will arrive frozen; it is your responsibility to store, thaw, and cook safely.
How Long Does Meat Last in the Freezer?
Your meat should be good for 12 months in the freezer, as long as it stays frozen from pickup until you thaw in preparation to cook.
Is Your Beef USDA-Inspected?
Yes, our beef is processed at a USDA-inspected plant and is USDA-certified.
What If I Have Concerns About My Beef, Packaging, and/or Safety?
We ask that you inspect your beef upon pickup. If, for any reason, you have any concerns, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Quality farm-to-table is our priority, so please do not hesitate to reach out.
What If I Need to Cancel My Order? What Is Your Refund Policy?
Beef box orders may be canceled if requested 24 hours prior to pickup. Refunds are not available for beef that has been delivered. If you have any concerns with your beef purchase, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
